The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire’s local student-led chapter of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization (CEO) held a coffee cupping event recently to select soon to be announced Blugold Roast coffee. Blugold Roast brew and beans will be sold on campus in the Davies Center Snack Shack this fall. It will also be available for purchase online, for the community as well as alumni throughout the U.S.
UW-Eau Claire Chancellor James Schmidt, and Resident District Manager and Executive Chef of Blugold Dining, Christian Wise, and a small group of faculty, staff and students tasted and rated the coffee selections provided by Alan Krohnke of Roastery 7 in Minneapolis, MN.
